2 Officers Injured When Police Cruiser Collides With Vehicle In Dutchess County Two officers sustained injuries when their police cruiser was involved in a two-vehicle crash in Dutchess County.  The crash happened on Monday afternoon, July 6, on Route 199, when a Pine Plains Police Department cruiser collided with another vehicle, the department said. Two officers were inside the cruiser. One was taken to Albany Medical Center, while the other was released with minor injuries.
